We're currently working on a story/picturebook series for older
children which will be sold under our Giggles Kids™ brand
and we're looking for great artists, painters, and/or illustrators
to help us create the beautiful images needed for our stories.
The first story/picture book is called "When Giants
Roamed The Earth",
written by Joyce Leverett, and is for children 5 to 8 years of
age. It's a captivating and magical short fairy tale about
a time "...when Giants roamed the earth and dinosaurs were
their pets." The short passages follow the giants as they
travel around the world riding on the saddles of mountains,
visiting exotic places, seeing exotic things. The story concludes
by instilling a sense of wonder, imagination, and hope that
magical and wonderous things could still exist today.....if
you know where and how to look.
We're seeking an artist(s) who has the skills and the ability
to work on this project during the month of June. This
is a paid freelance artist/painter/illustrator opportunity. All
work will be done work-for-hire, complete buyout, and could lead
to other future projects. Alternate arrangements will be considered
for artists of particular notoriety or experience.
