Is this software appropriate for my young baby?
Giggles Computer Funtime For Baby™ has been uniquely
designed for little minds 6 to 36 months of age, making

babies just love it! Our software's natural cause-and-effect

How simple is the software to use? How does it work?
It couldn't be simpler! Start the program, select an activity,
and you're on your way. Baby can now tap, tickle, and touch
the keys for wonderful interactive fun.
Our software requires virtually no computer experience to
operate by the parent, and absolutely NO experience for your
baby to use. Your little one will have tons of fun and learn
valuable lessons about cause-and-effect relationships.
If they can tap and touch the keys they're all set! Any key
will do, tap on one or touch all of them at the same time,
it doesn't matter. Fun, laughter, and love will abound.

Does my little one need to know how to use the mouse or
keyboard?
Nope. Babies simply tap, tickle, and touch the keys for wonderful
interactive learning, and adorable on-screen fun! If they
can tap and touch the keys they're ready to go. Any key will
do, tap on one or touch all of them at the same time!

Do I have to have a great computer to use it? What are
the minimum system requirements?
Our products work on just about any computer. PC or Mac,

Are your software titles compatible
with Windows Vista & Windows 7?
YES! All Giggles Baby™ titles are
fully compatible with Windows Vista, Vista 64-bit, and Windows
7 but some of our older CD's for Shapes, My Animal Friends,
and ABC's & 123's contain an older version that must be updated
for compatibility. the good news if you have one of these
older CD's, the process is simple! Just download
the Giggles Baby Vista Updater(s) to enable each program
for Vista, Vista 64-bit, or Windows 7 compatibility.

Are your software titles Mac compatible?
YES! We are devoted Mac fans and always
develop and release our software simultaneously for both our
PC and our Mac users. The Mac versions of our products have
been completely developed on Macs from the ground up, making
them truly "made for and by Mac".
Our programs are currently compatible with OSX through 10.5.x
Leopard and Snow Leopard.

Is your software compatible
with Mac OSX Leopard & Snow Leopard?
Yes, the programs themselves are compatible.
But the installers located on some of the older CD's (for
Shapes, My Animal Friends, and ABC's & 123's)
may show an error when trying to install in Leopard or Snow
Leopard. (Nursery Rhymes and My Musical World
are completely compatible and will never have this issue.)
There is a simple fix though. We
have an installer patch that fixes this minor issue with
our first 3 titles and is
available here for free. So
if you are having problems getting your CD based program to install
under Leopard, all you have to do it download
the Leopard Install Patch from here. The patch will
install the program on your computer for you.

Is your software available as an electronic download, as
well as on CD?
Yes. When you add a product to your cart, you are given the
choice of whether you'd like to receive your software via
electronic download or delivered to you as a boxed CD set.
There is also a link showing you the approximate download
times for each file based on it's size and your internet connection.

Can you tell me more about the Bonus Giggles Screensaver
that's included?
Currently most of our software titles include a BONUS CD
with a Giggles Screensaver. It functions just like any other
screensaver you've seen, with one very important difference.
After launching, our screensaver locks out the computer from
curious babies. Pressing keys on the keyboard does not turn
off the screensaver, instead it provides interactive on-screen
fun for your baby.
Each of the 3 available screensaver activities protects your
valuable files and computer from your little one's curious
fingers. No more deleted files or files renamed to "oeiuajknlsdvaksjdnvslk"
by your baby! You click a "quit" button with your
mouse to exit the screensaver. Best of all, it's FREE!
